By accessing and using sapelia.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About this site

This site is maintained by Sapelia and serves three purposes: (1) presenting Sapelia’s educational platform (available at app.sapelia.com); (2) offering free educational content for kids (math, language arts, history, geography); and (3) letting you get in touch with the team.

2. Kids’ educational content

The lessons available under Learn are free, require no sign-up, and can be used freely by families, schools, and educators. We recommend children use the site under adult supervision. The content is for educational and informational purposes; it does not replace an official school curriculum or a teacher’s guidance.

3. The Sapelia platform

This site only presents Sapelia’s educational platform — access to and use of the platform (at app.sapelia.com and in the mobile apps) are governed by its own terms, and by the Google Play / App Store policies where applicable, made available within the platform itself. By leaving your email through this site to receive updates, you agree to receive emails from Sapelia about the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The “Sapelia” brand, the site design, and the published educational content belong to Sapelia or are used under license. You may read, share the link to, and use the educational content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes; you may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content as your own, or use the Sapelia brand without authorization.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
  • Attempt to improperly access systems, data, or accounts that aren’t yours;
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the site’s operation (e.g., automated attacks, abusive scraping);
  • Submit offensive, misleading, or spam content through the contact form.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its educational content are provided “as is.” We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or entirely free of inaccuracies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sapelia is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
